My Persian ice cream is exclusively available at 682 West Broadway with my partners - AVIK Café. I have some Persian flavours regularly available and there are also ten other flavours which I make every day.

Akbar Mashti
A balance of taste from the Persian deep red negin saffron, a slight hint of rosewater, toasted pistachios and small pieces of frozen cream. My super Negin saffron is the highest grade with long and thin filament with a distinct aroma with a flavourful taste. A true dance of beauty and a love potion to the world.

Faloodeh Shiraz
A chilled rosewater sorbetto is the foundation of this floral Persian flavour. Blended with gluten free rice noodles for a delicate crunch and mouthfeel. The combination is a well-choregraphed dance of sweet flavours. The rose water is rich with a slightly sweet and floral taste. The finishing touch of a squeeze of fresh lime juice or a wild cherry syrup to complete the flavour story of sweet and sour.

White Rose
The Persian rose petals release its sweet and perfumed flavour with a balance of milk and cream. Smooth, teasing on the tongue with a flowery sweetness and pieces of cream melting in your mouth, with small pieces of the rose petals playfully in the flavour.
